I also specialise in the repair and realignment of timber framed buildings. This can involve anything from a repair of a Jowl Post to the lifting and pulling and realignment of a barn back to its correct standing. Having worked closely with British heritage and conservation for the past 17 years, I aim to preserve as much original timber as structurally possible. This is achieved by using traditional jointing methods and forming structural scarfing joints to allow retention of as much historic fabric as possible whilst retaining structural/historic integrity of the building. I take huge pride and satisfaction in seeing a structurally unsound building brought back to life. In association with my repair work to Timber buildings I have gained experience with the straightening and realignment of brick/masonry walls that are leaning. Walls that are in desperate need of re-pointing with Lime mortar, building and repairing of Flint Walls. I’ve gained experience in the use of lime mortars, looking to source and blending aggregates to closely match existing mortars. It’s such an important product when working with bricks in conjunction with timber framed and historic buildings.

I love having the task of Renovating and Restoring a property back to its original glory. From repairing a roof structure, adding dormer windows to the repair or replacement of a staircase. No matter the size or condition of the property I am confident I can provide the desired result.

I am experienced in all aspects of kitchen Fitting. The kitchen too many is the most important room in the house, it’s imperative to ensure that everything is planned in detail to achieve a smooth and perfect finish.
